FAQ
Sign up as a member using your Google, Facebook, or email account. Choose and book your desired session or package by going to the "Book A Class" page from the top menu. Enter your information, select your preferred start date for when your subscription will become active, and proceed to PayPal checkout for payment. If you would like to pay using a card or bank account, you can opt to check out using PayPal as a guest.
After the purchase of your selected Fitbounce class plan, your subscription with the remaining number of sessions will appear on your profile under the Subscriptions tab (https://www.fitbounce.ph/account/my-subscriptions). Please note that your subscription will only start to show as "Active" upon your selected start date. Otherwise, it will show as "Pending".
To start booking your remaining sessions once active, go back to the "Book A Class" page (https://www.fitbounce.ph/book-online) and selected your preferred date of class. Once done, it will be deducted from your remaining number of sessions.
You may manage your bookings through your profile, under the "Bookings" tab (https://www.fitbounce.ph/account/my-bookings).
